We hear you, John. Like we hear all other customers who usually address this topic, too. And there seems to be divided opinions about it. While your concerns about cotton are valid, many others also tell us that cotton is their preferred fabric for underwear because it doesn't itch on the skin or trigger rashes, like most polyesters or nylons do. It breathes better than synthetics (and we have to agree with that one, cotton is unbeatable at that). And it lasts for longer and handles repeated washing better, unlike other blends like modal or bamboo. The shrinkage factor in cotton is real as well, but that's why in our case we use a blend variation, with a tad of 5% spandex added to it, so it helps to stretch better, maintaining the shape and memory of the fabric. And for the thickness, we go with a lightweight selection of cotton, to keep it within the thinnest range, without going too far of course to avoid compromising durability of the garment. It may give the sensation that it feels thick against the skin, when compared to options made of polyesters or synthetics, but that's the trade-off for comfort and softness that those materials can't deliver on par with a premium long-fiber cotton like the one we use. Again, we find there are divided opinions about this topic, as this seems to be a matter of personal preference. But among the wide group of all our customers at least, the trend is that the majority keep standing on the side of Team Cotton. And that's why for our line of underwear we side with them, at least for now. Still, we welcome feedback like yours, to consider introducing at some point alternative options within our line of underwear, made with other fabrics, for other specific purposes or preferences. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
