RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to have the best satisfactory experience with BANG!®

 

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may exchange or return for store credit or money refund all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. We only require that the item has not been used or worn, and it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed, all tags and labels attached.

USA Domestic Orders

For all USA customers we offer FREE EXCHANGES. For RETURNS, all items are subject to a $6.95 Processing Fee.

International Orders

For all international customers, all orders are facilitated by our partner, Global-e. You will be able to initiate a return to through the Global-e returns portal. Utilizing this portal ensures that you will have all necessary paperwork to get your return through customs and back in the US to be processed at our warehouse

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

If you need to request an Exchange or initiate a Return use the appropriate button provided above. 


If you have any other questions or concerns message us via our CONTACT page or via EMAIL and our Customer Support team will get back to you within 24 business hours. Make sure to whitelist our address and domain (@bangclothes) in your email client/app to ensure our response doesn't end up in Spam folder and you receive all communications from us promptly.


All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased, they will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Items with sewn labels removed will not be approved for credit or exchange.

 

Returns can be processed either as money refunds or for store credit, at your choice. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERWEAR:

Due to their intimate nature and for hygienic reasons, all Underwear sales are FINAL - returns or exchanges are not accepted on those items.

WORN SWIMWEAR:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON WORN SWIMWEAR.

Returns or exchanges on Swimwear items will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging condition, all tags and labels attached. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. 

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS SOLD AT DISCOUNTED PRICE VIA A PROMOTION OR MARKDOWN

Sale items, and items sold at a discount are FINAL and are not eligible for returns with refund. They can only be accepted for exchanges or for returns with store credit.

 

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ON CLEARANCE or OUTLET ITEMSAll Clearance item sales are FINAL.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item.

OTHER GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS:

You are responsible for the safe handling of the returned or exchanged item, except when BANG! could have sent an incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned - they are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Shipping fees charged in the orders are non-refundable. All returns or exchanges must be mailed back, preferably providing us with a tracking identification number of some form. Customers outside of the US will be responsible for any extra costs required by exchanges regarding to custom fees, duties, and/or taxes related to the order.


All guidelines as stated on this page apply to returns and exchanges only for BANG!® products ordered directly from this web store www.bangclothes.com which is owned and directly managed by Bang Clothes, Corp. For BANG!® items ordered via other external marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, Walmart or eBay, returns or exchanges need to be processed through the respective outlet where the order was placed and are subject to the own guidelines and conditions of each of those separate e-commerce channels that operate independently of www.bangclothes.com.

BANG! reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements. Still we will always go the extra mile and try to accommodate all requests as best as we can to keep all our customers happy and deliver the best experience possible with BANG!®.
