RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to have the best satisfactory experience with BANG!®.
 
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may exchange or return for store credit or money refund all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. We only require that the item has not been used or worn, and it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed, all tags and labels attached.

For all USA customers we offer FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS.

For International customers you pay only for the Return shipping costs. We can re-ship at no extra charge the new exchanged item using Standard International postal service (USPS First Class International). *Update 2020: Since 'Standard' international service (USPS) could take longer than expected due to current limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts, for faster delivery of an exchange you also have the option of requesting reshipment of the new item using DHL private courier service for an extra fee - please contact us for details.

If you need to request an Exchange or initiate a Return, please message us via our CONTACT page or via EMAIL and our Customer Support team will get back to you within 24 business hours with instructions. Make sure to white list our address and domain (@bangclothes) in your email client/app to ensure our response doesn't end up in Spam folder and you receive all communications from us promptly.
 
All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you. Items with tags removed will not be approved for credit or exchange.
 
Returns can be processed either as money refunds or for store credit, at your choice.

 
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERWEAR: Due to their intimate nature and for hygienic reasons, all Underwear sales are FINAL - returns or exchanges are not accepted on those items. *

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON WORN SWIMWEAR.
Returns or exchanges on Swimwear items will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging condition, all tags and labels attached. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. 

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS SOLD AT DISCOUNTED PRICE VIA A PROMOTION OR MARKDOWN. Sale items, and items sold at a discount are FINAL and are not eligible for returns with refund. They can only be accepted for exchanges or for returns with store credit.
 
THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. All Clearance item sales are FINAL.
 
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item.

In order to return or exchange any item(s), please contact us first via our CONTACT page or via EMAIL and we will provide you with instructions.

Please indicate in your email if this will be a return for store credit, a return for money refund (10% restocking fee may apply), or an exchange.

You are responsible for the safe handling of the returned or exchanged item, except when BANG! could have sent an incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned - they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees charged in the orders are non-refundable. All returns or exchanges must be mailed back, preferably providing us with a tracking identification number of some form. Customers outside of the US will be responsible for any extra costs related to exchanges in regards to custom fees, duties, and/or taxes related to your order.

All guidelines as stated on this page apply to returns and exchanges only for BANG!® products ordered directly from this web store www.bangclothes.com which is owned and directly managed by Bang Clothes, Corp. For BANG!® items ordered via other external marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, Walmart or eBay, returns or exchanges need to be processed through the respective outlet where the order was placed and are subject to the own guidelines and conditions of each of those separate e-commerce channels that operate independently of www.bangclothes.com.
 
BANG! reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements. Still we will always go the extra mile and try to accommodate all requests as best as we can to keep all our customers happy and deliver the best experience possible with BANG!®.
