Make sure to whitelist our address and domain (@bangclothes) in your email client/app to ensure our response doesn't end up in Spam folder and you receive all communications from us promptly.
All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased, they will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Items with sewn labels removed will not be approved for credit or exchange.
Returns of Full-Price items can be processed either as money refunds to original payment method or for store credit, at your choice.
Returns of Sale or items purchased with a promotional discount applied can be processed only for store credit or as an exchange for another item.
Returns processed as money refund are subject to restocking fees to be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Restocking fees are not applied to returns that are processed as store credit.
