SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• Our promise and commitment is that all orders are prepared within 24 hours (business days), after they have been received and processed accordingly. Our daily cut-off time for same-day order processing is 10 am US EST. (So, yes, if you order before that time your package WILL go out and be dropped off with mailing carrier right on that same day). We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

 

• All our items are shipped from Miami, FL, USA where our own warehouse and operation is based. All our inventory is 100% stocked in our own facilities directly managed by us, so we can ensure all orders are processed promptly. We are not a "drop-shipping" type of store that uses outsourced third-party warehousing/order-preparation services. Orders placed on our legitimate webstore are not shipped from China or from any other countries.

 

• We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note that orders placed after 10 am US EST on Friday may not ship until the following Monday (or Tuesday for when Monday happens to be an observed national USA Holiday).

 

• For USA orders selecting Overnight Shipping, notice that for this rush service FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Overnight orders placed on Fridays can be delivered only on Monday.
  

• For those cases when Free Shipping applies and is selected, your order will be shipped COMPLETE only. If a product is out of stock, your order will be held until all items are ready to ship so order is shipped complete. You will be notified if any product is out of stock and when the estimate delivery time will be.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA only)

For each of the shipping services presented at check-out we offer two modality options to choose from:
 

1) "WITH" Signature Confirmation*: This is the safest option to ensure proper delivery, and we recommend it for all shipments where a safe mailbox or secure shipment receiving is not available at the address of delivery. However, it requires a person to be present to accept and sign package. If a recipient is not available at moment of delivery, FedEx leaves a notification, and it is the customer's responsibility to either contact FedEx to reschedule a new delivery date, or pick-up package in person at FedEx station.

 

OR

 

2) "NO" Signature Confirmation*: This option offers more flexibility for those customers that don't want or need a recipient presence required for delivery. However, by choosing this option customer voluntarily ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY in case of LOST, STOLEN or MISPLACED packages by carrier or third-parties; and releases BANG! (www.bangclothes.com) of any liability or obligations beyond the sole preparation and expedition of the shipment for the order. Once a shipping label has been issued and the package dispatched, the order is considered as satisfactorily fulfilled by www.bangclothes.com.

 

USA Shipping Costs:

All USA orders over $120 qualify for FREE Shipping (before taxes, fees, and net of promo/discount codes applied).

 

Free Shipping orders are sent via FedEx 2Day® service.

 

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. For USA domestic orders placed with shipping addresses indicated as PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO, those will be prepared using USPS for proper routing and handling. USPS service to those addresses is First-Class Standard Regular. 2-Day or Overnight service is not available for PO Boxes or military destinations.

 

For all shipping options, costs will vary depending on the type of service, location and size of the order, and therefore they are automatically calculated and presented at check-out after your shipping address for the order is entered. You can see the different cost options of shipping services available for your entered shipping address before final confirmation of the order’s total charge.

 

Disclaimers:

* All orders of two or more items or above $100 will be prepared by default using the option WITH Signature Confirmation (even if the option chosen at check-out by the customer is the opposite) at the discretion of BANG!® and as a preventive measure to minimize the risks of lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. This option however can be modified by request of the customer (sent to us by email and in writing, before the order is prepared) to change it to “No Signature Confirmation.” This request implies the acceptance by the customer of full responsibility in case the package becomes lost, misplaced, or stolen.

 

* No insurance is included for orders shipped with FedEx.

 

BANG!® is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, misplaced, or mismanaged by carriers or third-parties.

 

BANG® are neither responsible for lost or misplaced packages when customers provide incorrect shipping information entered when placing their orders.

 

• Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, P.O. Box, and military APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped using USPS service. USPS does not offer the option of Signature Confirmation for APOs, FPOs, and DPOs.

 

 Delivery times for shipping services such as FedEx (1-3 days) are stated per FedEx guidelines.
 

• Notice that for specialty/faster delivery services such as FedEx 2-Day/Overnight, etc., all carriers disclaim that their stated delivery time windows for those services are "estimated" though "not guaranteed with date-specific delivery." This means that any shipment is always subject to be possibly affected by unexpected delays or disruptions inside the carrier's internal logistics, even for those services of higher rates or premium tiers with expected faster delivery times. While those types of occurrences are marginal and happen at rare low rates, those unexpected delays are beyond the control of BCC (Bang!). Our responsibility to fulfill an order timely is related to our commitment that all orders are prepared and handed to the shipping carrier according to the time frames stated above. The exact actual date by which a carrier ends up delivering a shipment is outside the scope of our responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via FedEx INTERNATIONAL private courier service.

 

At check-out there are options and rates presented for FedEx International Regular (3-7 days) or Priority (faster delivery) services. 

 

A shipping Tracking Number is provided for all international orders.

 

** ORDERS TO CANADA do not get charged with any extra TARIFFS costs.**

 

BANG!® Miami carries no products made in USA. All our products are manufactured in or using materials sourced from European, South American or Asian origin. Therefore, orders to Canada from our web store are not subject to any of the current extra tariffs imposed to USA-made goods. Only standard import duties and local taxes (GST/PST) apply at checkout, same as with any regular imports of apparel to Canada coming from any other countries.

International Shipping Costs:

All International orders over the equivalent of USD $250 qualify for FREE International Shipping (stated amount is before taxes, fees, and net of promo codes/discounts).

 

For all paid shipping options, total costs will vary depending on your location and size of your order, and therefore they are automatically calculated and presented at check-out once your shipping address for the order is entered. You can see the different cost options available for your entered shipping address before final confirmation of the order’s total charge.

 

For all international orders, we offer a transparent check-out system. When you shop from our website and use the country switcher located at the bottom of the pages or enter at check-out a shipping address to your country, you’ll see that all our USD prices are automatically converted to your country’s local currency.

 

Notice that the converted prices of the items reflect only the conversion as per market currency conversion exchange rates (applicable local Sales Taxes like Europe/UK VAT or Canada GST is calculated, added, and shown only at check-out).

 

At checkout, below the rate of the shipping option selected, a summary of costs is presented, with a breakdown also indicating the part that represents Shipping Costs, and the part that represents Duties, Taxes & Other Fees.

 

Notice that depending on the country of destination, the amount of Duties/Taxes will reflect the inclusion of different components such as applicable local Sales Taxes, other local taxes, local duties and/or other fees imposed on imported goods as per current regulations of the Customs Authorities of each destination country.
