INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally to all countries outside the USA. 

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express private courier service (shown at check-out as "Express Courier - Air.")

 

International shipments sent via DHL Express are delivered within five business days.

A shipping Tracking Number is provided for all international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS:

All international orders of over USD 250 (or its equivalent in the destination country's local currency) qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

 

For all paid shipping options, costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. 

 

Therefore, costs are automatically calculated and presented at check-out once your shipping address for the order is entered. 

 

You can see the different options of costs available for your entered shipping address before final confirmation of the order's total charge.

The order's total charges presented at check-out are FINAL, and we guarantee there will be no additional unexpected charges on delivery.

 

When you shop on our website from another country, you'll see that all our USD prices are automatically converted to your country's local currency.

At checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees that may apply specifically to your country.

Europe, UK, Australia/New Zealand, Hong Kong/Singpore, Mexico:

The prices of items as presented in the country's local currency, already include local taxes (VAT for instance) and any applicable import duties and fees that may apply, prorated and factored into the price of the items.
 

Shipping fees and therefore the order's total charge presented at check-out are final, and we guarantee there will be no additional unexpected charges on delivery.

Canada:

The prices of items as presented in the country's local currency, and any applicable import duties and fees that may apply, are already prorated and factored into the price of the items you see. Local taxes for Canada, such as GST fees, are shown separately (as "Taxes") with your total at check-out.

 

The final price and all other charges, including flat-fee shipping to Canada, that you see and pay at check-out is final and we guarantee there will be no additional unexpected charges on delivery.

1. Ensure the correct country is selected.

2. Prices are shown in CAD once Canada is selected as a Country.

3. The Duties & Fees line is $0.00 because, for Canada orders, Import fees and Duties are added directly to the price of each item.

4. For Canada orders, this Taxes section shows the corresponding GST Tax or other applicable Local Taxes.

All other countries:

For Duties & Taxes at check-out you are given the option to pay those in advance to us with your order's total, or to pay/process them at your responsibility with local customs authorities when the package arrives at your destination country.

 

If you choose to pay them included with our check-out, the final price you see and pay at our check-out page (including the presented shipping flat fee) is final and we guarantee there will no additional unexpected charges on delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We want you to have the best satisfactory experience with BANG!® & DC2®.
 

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may exchange or return for store credit or money refund all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. We only require that the item has not been used or worn and that it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached. 

 

For all international customers, all orders are facilitated by our partner, Global-e. You will be able to initiate a return through the Global-e returns portal. Utilizing this portal ensures that you will have all the necessary paperwork to get your return through customs and back in the US to be processed at our warehouse.
