E-Commerce Manager

Position Overview
BANG!® is looking for a candidate for the newly created position E-Commerce Manager to help manage, maintain, and optimize the front and back end, UX and UI of the multi-channel digital storefronts for the brand.
The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager works closely with and reports to the head of Marketing & Operations for the brand.
Position is full-time (40 hours / week), on-site (not remote)

· Shopify (Plus) site daily back-end operations management and maintenance, creation, editing and publishing of custom landing pages, product/catalog pages, content updates, SEO compliance and monitoring, front-end of DTC channels (Amazon, Google, FB/IG, Pinterest, etc.)
· Manage site merchandising, including all catalog and ecommerce content, product descriptions, naming, SKUs, price changes, meta data, photos, size charts, promotions, and commercial actions, and managing of product data feeds.
· Recommend, implement, and maintain site enhancements, improvements for user experience and interaction, and test new tools or custom coding changes in staging environment to improve overall customer experience.
· Track, review, troubleshoot and manage any bugs, technical errors, back-end system workflows, SEO enhancements on site and all online sales channels.
· Set up, manage, track, and optimize flows and integrations using Klaviyo email marketing tool.
· Keep up with current online and digital and e-commerce best practices to evaluate new improvements for site and UX.

· 2-5 years’ experience working with and optimizing Shopify Plus e-commerce platform and channels, content and inventory management, front-end UX/UI, and themes management, including HTML, CSS, JS and Shopify’s Liquid languages.
· Experience working with product data feeds management.
· Experience working with Klaviyo email marketing platform, mainly with automated flows.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus.
· Experience working with Amazon Seller storefronts is a plus.
· Experience working with SEO analytics and use of website tools and conversion tracking (UTM links), keyword research, competition analysis, etc.
· BS or BA degree, Marketing, Ecommerce, Computer Science, or Business-related fields
· Creative and analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
· Highly organized with strong analytical and MS Excel skills
· Passion for and a constant eye on “the future of online e-commerce” based on industry trends (digital innovation, customer level targeting, dynamic creative optimization, media consumption, e-commerce/retail level targeting capabilities)
· Fluency in English, bilingual Spanish a plus

· Can generate ideas to improve web experience, functionality, and business

· Has a positive can-do attitude
· Is knowledgeable of pop culture, the fashion/apparel space, trends, media, entertainment, LGBTQ culture, DJ/clubbing/pool-party lifestyle, resort & vacation spots, etc.

· Location: Miami, FL (Required). Work is on-site at our office space (one location, Edgewater area - Miami)
· Language: English (required), Spanish bilingual (preferred)
· Schedule: Monday to Friday
